Dr (Major) Shashank Raikwar has more than 15 years of experience of medical field. He is dedicated to exemplary patient outcome and follows all necessary medical/ psychological procedures with the use of latest equipment and technologies. There is strong focus on listening and addressing patient/ caregiver’s concerns by employing soft skills. As a part of medical team, his main focus remains on maximizing patient satisfaction. He has worked as a doctor and held various appointments in Indian Army, by which he has a deeper understanding towards managing various health and administrative issues. Currently he is working as psychiatrist and handling various routine cases and psychiatric emergencies on day-to-day basis. He has been conducting various awareness lectures for the organizations and for corporate industries.
